Booking & deposits

Tattoo booking with deposits

A booking form that asks the right questions, and a deposit that makes clients show up. Requests arrive complete — idea, placement, size, reference images — and go to the right artist.

Partly available

Booking request forms are available in every plan. Online deposits, per-artist calendars and automatic reminders are in development as the Bookings add-on.

Requests that contain everything

Clients choose an artist, describe their idea, pick a placement and size, choose colour or black & grey, add reference images and a budget. You get one complete request instead of a DM thread.

Deposits that reduce no-shows

Accept a request and send a deposit link. The client pays online with iDEAL, card, Bancontact or Apple Pay, the date is confirmed and the deposit is deducted from the final price. Your own rules apply to cancellations: for example, the deposit is kept with less than 48 hours’ notice.

A calendar per artist

Each artist manages their own availability and sees their own bookings. Shops see the whole studio at a glance. Bookings sync to Google or Apple Calendar.

Your money, your account

Deposits go straight to your own Mollie or Stripe account. We don’t hold your money and don’t take a commission on bookings.

FAQ

Questions

How much deposit should a tattoo shop ask?

That is up to you. Many shops use a fixed amount for small pieces and a percentage or a session’s worth for larger work. You set the amount per artist or per request.

Is the deposit refundable?

You decide. Most shops make it non-refundable after a set notice period, and deduct it from the final price when the client shows up. Your rules are shown to the client before they pay.

Can clients book directly in a calendar?

For short sessions and walk-in slots, yes; for custom work most artists prefer a request first, so they can judge the idea and the time needed. Both will be possible.
