Common questions
How does the free preview work?
You send us your shop name and your Instagram or current website. We build a private preview of your site with your own work. You look at it, and only if you like it do you choose a plan and go live.
How long does it take?
A preview is usually ready within a few working days, depending on how much work and how many artists there are.
Can clients book and pay a deposit online?
Booking requests are part of every site. Online deposits with automatic deduction from the final price are coming as the Bookings add-on.
What is the difference between one-off and repeatable flash?
A one-off design is tattooed once: as soon as someone claims it, it is marked as claimed and can’t be booked again. A repeatable design stays available and can be booked by several clients.
Do you take a commission on bookings or sales?
No. Deposits, webshop sales and gift cards are paid into your own Mollie or Stripe account. The payment provider charges its own transaction fee.
